		<description>Nothing is as sad as those who will not see the handwriting on the wall.  It is an oxymoron when companies supposedly hire for talent the suck the life out of people by attempting to force them into "support" roles  The bottom line is that who and what you know are the keys to marketability but it is only prudent to plan for the 3-6 months living expenses; money sense 101</description>
